Craft is a functional Swedish sportswear brand that boosts the sport experience for active consumers by outfitting them in the world’s best performance apparel. Craft partners with specialty retailers, companies and teams in the wholesale and retail channels to help grow their apparel sales and brand themselves with modern, athletic corporate wear and custom apparel.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, outgoing individual familiar with the Outdoor, Cycling and Run industries who loves to sell! As a territory sales and marketing representative, you will be responsible for both the Sell-In and Sell-Through for all territory accounts by delivering sales targets, generating new sales leads, maximizing current accounts’ sales and managing in-store merchandising and promotions/events. This is a commission-based independent sales position with seasonal travel expectations including territory visits and regional/national trade shows. Job Function and Outcomes Desired:

  • Quickly grow prebook and at-once sales within wholesale and custom channels
  • Significantly increase door count within first year
  • Work closely with marketing team and accounts to drive sell-through at retail
  • Participate and assist with sales meetings, trade shows and events, often comprising non-traditional working hours
