Premier front range specialty outdoor shop seeking an experience Assistant Manager to oversee Repair/Rental Department. Must have minimum of three year’s experience with mounting, hand tuning, and repair experience on A/T, Telemark, and Nordic equipment. In addition, three year’s experience in backcountry, splitboard, and Nordic rentals. Ability to be binding certified. Must have outstanding customer service and sales skills coupled with a depth of knowledge of the products we offer. Strong communication skills required. The pay is commensurate with experience and is competitive.
