We’re looking for adventurous, full-time brand ambassadors who will work closely with Teva sales reps to organically bring the brand to life at key retail outlets and outdoor happenings. Our Teva Agents are the regional market experts responsible for fostering relationships with vital independent outdoor retailers and key national accounts, ensuring the brand looks premium in store in order to help drive sales and ultimately generating some serious brand hype.
WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re searching for self-motivated, avid explorers who dig visual merchandising just as much as they dig dawn patrol. We need dynamic personalities with killer communication skills and a deep-rooted passion for the brand. We need road warriors who are inspired to mix work and play through their love for the great outdoors. If you’d rather wake up in the Great Smoky Mountains or a secluded beach than some swanky hotel, this is the gig for you.
Help Teva stand out in the retail landscape through flawless product configurations that tell a visually stunning brand story. With an eye for design and a passion for visual merchandising, you will make branded spaces look premium. You will be responsible for assembling fixtures, assessing inventory and distributing seasonal sales materials.
Up for daily travel and a true life on the road. Our agents travel an average of 1,500 miles per month and get to explore their territories in a very unique way. While schedules are typically comprised of weekday hours, agents are flexible and able to accommodate occasional nights, weekends and overnight excursions as well.
Responsible for building a strong relationship and working in tandem with your region’s local Teva sales rep. You’ll have regular check-ins and communication with the sales rep for maximum collaboration; sharing insights, updates and opportunities.
Responsible for increasing sell-through of footwear by promoting product at regional retailers and inspiring consumer trial and purchase. You’ll conduct tech clinics to sales associates and managers to ensure they are educated on the Teva brand and products.
You’ll be tasked to be present at local and national events to strengthen Teva’s footprint and showcase Teva as a leader in the modern outdoor space. Agents will also identify opportunities to proactively integrate and introduce Teva products at locally relevant happenings.
Reporting & Insights
As the eyes and the ears out in the field, you’ll be required to share photos, insights and key data to help us gain an understanding of Teva’s retail landscape, as well as what the local consumer base thinks about the brand and products.
This is way more than just rocking a pair of sandals — we want you to speak from brand and product experience. That means putting our products to the test and taking the lead on educating and building relationships with associates and managers to build and promote brand love. This brand advocacy is represented through IRL networks and your own social communities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS
+ Visual Merchandising experience is a key function in this role — help us look good.
+ The ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives.
+ Fierce attention to detail, extremely reliable and never afraid to speak up.
+ A reliable form of transportation, with proper insurance and a clean driving record, is a must. Plus, enough trunk space to carry the necessary product for visits.
+ A deep love for the brand that goes beyond just wearing our products.
+ 1-2 years of relevant VM or retail experience.
+ You’ll need to be a highly self-motivated and flexible to meet retail and field needs.
+ A passion for content creation and willingness to share branded stories on your own personal social accounts.
NOTE: this is a seasonal position,
employment (full-time) is six months, running from late February through late

+ As a part of the Teva Field Agent team, you’ll have direct and early access to new product launches and training directly from HQ.

+ You’ll become a brand expert by taking part in an in-depth training with our brand experts at Teva’s Santa Barbara, CA HQ to make sure you’re fully equipped to hit the ground running.
