Stan’s NoTubes is an established innovator in the cycling industry with a focus on tubeless wheel technology and related product. We are seeking a qualified individual that is a passionate cyclist with a strong customer service skill set and the ability to communicate technical and product details effectively. Practical knowledge of modern performance-oriented mountain, road, gravel and cyclocross components and associated compatibility concerns is key. Prior experience in a retail bicycle shop environment in a sales or customer service role is particularly valuable.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative works with other customer service and sales team members to provide a top notch customer experience and support via phone, email, and social media. Ample opportunity for growth within the organization for a motivated individual.
Key Responsibilities:
= Communicate efficiently and effectively with dealers and retail customers via phone and email regularly
= Resolve customer concerns and questions
= Assist customers with product selections and specification of custom wheels
= Provide technical support and in-depth product knowledge
= Enter sales orders in Netsuite
= Skilled at handling a high volume of daily transactions
= Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and sales processes
Requirements:
= Professional and positive demeanor at all times
= Mature, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
= Excellent written and verbal communication skills
= Strong problem solving skills, ability to think quickly and critically analyze technical issues without the aid of having the parts physically available
= Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
= Sales or customer service experience in the outdoor industry a plus
= Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, Google Drive and Google G Suite
= Experience with a modern ERP system such as Netsuite a plus
= A love of all things bicycle related, particularly mountain biking, with an interest in cyclocross, gravel, and road as well
