A look at your day-to-day
A Sales Representative is responsible for achieving
sales objectives and targets within a defined territory while communicating the
ExtremeMist™ brand story, presenting product, and
building strong trade channel relationships. This role reports to the COO and
additional responsibilities include:

Submitting accurate territory forecasts within
defined timelines

Building an organized and disciplined territory
coverage plan
- =
Establishing strong relationships with customers
across multiple trade channels
- =
Updating, and preparing sales and customer reports
via Salesforce.com
- =
Attending sales meetings, training programs and
trade shows as requested
- =
Providing timely communication and preeminent
customer service
- =
Managing territory expenses within a budget
- =
Working effectively with the rest of the team
How we’ll know you’re the one we seek:
- =
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- =
Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience
selling consumer goods through wholesale channel
- =
Proven track record delivering on defined sales
objectives is a must
- =
Working experience using a proven sales methodology
and process
- =
Proven experience with accurate sales forecasting
- =
Outdoor or sporting goods experience preferred but
not required
- =
Premium consumer products experience preferred
- =
Self-starter, self-motivated with strong time
management skills
- =
Competitive, self-confident and growth oriented
- =
Willingness to travel around Territory to customers
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role:
•
Competitive base pay ($35,000) and commission/bonus incentives ($10-$15K++)
•
Appropriate business expense reimbursement budget
