Summary

The Customer Support Specialist works within the COROS office in Tustin, CA connecting with COROS retailers and end users across several forms of communication: telephone, email, social media etc. This position is the first contact for many COROS users and requires best in class customer service, with the growth potential to variety directions of sales or marketing functions. This position will be a full-time position.

 

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

=       Connect with COROS retailers across several forms of communication including telephone, email and social media

=       Connect with COROS.com customers across several forms of communication including telephone, email and social media

=       Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism while providing best in class service

=       Maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of the COROS product line

=       Identify trends or solutions that could help drive revenue for the business i.e. alternatives for out of stock products

=       Assist with inquiries into customer and retailer orders including product information, pricing, shipping tracking etc.

=       Be a contributing, valued member of the COROS team

=       Meet and exceed all performance objectives

=       Have a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

 

Qualifications

=       Excellent Oral and written communication skills

=       Ability to wear several hats in an ever changing fast paced, high growth environment

=       An entrepreneurial spirit

=       Track record of providing high level customer service

=       Previous experience with an endurance sports/outdoor brand preferred

 

Education/Experience

=       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

=       Fluency in English required, additional language skills a plus

=       Running, Cycling, Endurance Sports experience/enthusiasm preferred

=       Marketing experience preferred
