Job Description
Industry leading sports medicine manufacturer looking for a driven, intelligent sales manager with a positive/make it happen attitude. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be the front line of communication with our account base, keeping them up to date with new product launches, marketing materials, and general company information. This Sales Manager position will be in charge of managing multiple territories with an expansive account base. You will be trained in detail on our full line of sports medicine products, including braces/supports, massage therapy tools, hot/cold therapy, skin protection and resistance training.
Located in
beautiful Redmond, WA, offices are within walking distance of coffee shops,
Whole Foods and other retail establishments. Position plays an active role in
small team environment working together toward common goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple accounts within large territories
- Grow and expand market share within target markets
- Grow and expand assortment within existing account base
- Assist in creating and preparing sales material for distribution
and presentation
- Coordinate scheduling with accounts within assigned territory
- Travel on average once every 2 - 4 weeks for account meetings
and expos
- Attend industry and consumer trade shows
- Customer service and sales order processing
- Data entry for SAGE and various EDI software programs
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Organize and schedule communication within large, diversified
account base
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum two years relevant sales experience
- Sporting goods, outdoor, sports medicine or run specialty market
experience preferred but not required
- Ability to produce and analyze comprehensive sales reports and
formulate relevant sales strategies
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Helpful but not necessary to know SAGE accounting software
- Must enjoy working within small teams and possess strong drive
to produce results
Salary
depending on experience + commission.
