Skratch Labs: Warehouse Associate

This person should be a high-energy, detailed oriented individual looking to be part of a diverse team.  Also, be able to change course at the drop of a dime to make sure all priorities are met for the day, with a great attention to detail. This person should be able to stay busy and always look for ways to make their work more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing products to fulfill sales orders

• Palletizing large orders that go to our B2B customers

• Communicate with other departments to solve problems

• Maintain and operate forklift to fulfill large orders

• Review all expiration dates and packaging to ensure quality of product

• Printing all carton and shipping labels for distribution

• Organizing and restocking warehouse as needed

• Make sure that product is counted quarterly so inventory is accurate

• Ensure that all food product has been stocked and rotated

• Receive and inspect incoming packages

• Routinely lifting 30-50 pounds

• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school degree

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful

Position Definitions

• The Warehouse Associate is a full time hourly position, based in Boulder Colorado, reporting to the Warehouse Manager
