Job Description & Requirements

The Finance and Operations Coordinator will join the Operations team to support critical areas of the business including finance, human resources, logistics, inventory, and office management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and excited to play an integral role in supporting a fast-growing company’s Operations strategy.
Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping duties including contractor and vendor payments, bank deposits and reconciliations, accounts payable and month-end close processes
Own day-to-day business management operations, including financial oversight, resource management, and general administration to ensure organization, efficiency, and flow
Provide administrative direction to the Partnerships, Production, and Artist Relations teams and support invoicing, budgeting, and strategy projects
Work with the Production team to plan, manage, and work events to ensure an excellent experience, smooth operations, and cost-effectiveness
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience (accounting background a plus)
Detail-oriented, astute problem solver who has the ability to see the bigger picture
Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities and requests
Strong sense of integrity and discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
Excellent communication skills with a people-first approach to quickly resolve issues
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office suite (primarily Excel)
Pragmatic with a bit of whimsy
Lover of live music and the outdoors
