Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm)

Location: Downtown Seattle

About this Role: the Customer Service Specialist is iKamper’s brand ambassador, engaging with fans and customers, and addressing their needs via email, social media, and phone. Along with a love for traveling and the outdoors, you will bring passion for people and addressing their needs. Deep understanding and appreciation of outdoor gear and iKamper products are critical to the success of this role.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers 1-on-1 and address their needs via email, social media, and phone

  • Process orders, refunds, or exchanges

  • Respond to after-service inquiries

  • Offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem

  • Educate clients and turn them into repeat customers

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policy

  • Work with the management team and offer useful insight and innovative solutions

  • Engage in market research


Requirements:

  • Passionate, self-motivated, and positive

  • 4-year college degree in Business, English, or related field

  • 2+ years of customer service OR related experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Deep appreciation of nature, traveling, and camping

  • MS Office expert, Basic Adobe Suite skills preferred
