Established Action Sports company is seeking a full-time experienced Domestic Sales Leader to expand and maintain our client base in the United States. The ideal candidate enjoys the sales process, has strong relationship and communication skills, is self motivated and has experience in Action Sports sales management or a related field.
Compensation is competitive with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and expand company revenue targets
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to grow existing and new markets
- Maintain existing accounts and grow new accounts
- Personally engage in inside sales activities with customers
- Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Train, Manage, and Motivate Inside and Independent Rep force:
- o Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Build strong customer relationships:
- o Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Communicate closely with A/R supervides to maintain acceptable A/R levels
- Build strong internal relationships with Product, Marketing and Warehouse Teams.
- Provide Monthly Sales Reports, Customer Feedback and Recommendations to CEO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 10+ years' B2B sales experience preferred
- 4+ years in leadership sales position
- Proven track record
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Strong communications skills
- Able to travel up to one week per month
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
