Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an independent Sales Engineer to help us with seasonal outbound sales calls representing our Shadow Hunter deer blind brand and additional hunting related items. You will be working as an independent contractor on a commission basis with the opportunity to work from home.
Summary of required services:
Make outbound calls to existing customers, as well as, forming relationships with new customers, to become their dedicated professional adviser for our products, to drive sales growth. To provide over the top customer care, resolve inquiries and issues, and provide customers with all necessary product information and solutions in a timely manner.
- Drive outside sales effort and repeat sales by building relationships and brand loyalty.
- Make an assigned number of outbound sales calls per day to existing customers, as well as, working to build relationships with new ones.
- Ensure standards and protocols of customer service are followed, creating unified and cohesive customer centric culture.
- Enter orders and information, as necessary, into CRM and ERP systems.
- Learn products and processes at an appropriate level for the job.
Qualifications:
Must being driven, self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial, disciplined, organized, servant mentality, patient, and passionate. Proficient with the following:
Deep experience in hunting/outdoor sales
- Strong passion for customer satisfaction and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to build good rapport with others
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to make judgments and decisions with little supervisory input
Effectively use PC and various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft.
Excel, Microsoft Outlook, FACTS ERP, and Customer Relationship Management software
High speed internet access is required.
