Rightline Gear is a leading producer of innovative products for the Automotive Aftermarket and the Sporting Goods/Outdoors Industry. The company's customers are national retail dealers, such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Amazon, Academy Sports, REI, Cabela's, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Pep Boys, and automotive aftermarket distributors.
The right candidate will play a major role in the sales and marketing efforts of the company in key market segments. Taking initiative, leadership skills, and the ability to identify opportunities and anticipate problems before they happen are essential for success. A willingness to understand company procedures and successfully work cross-departmentally to serve the company’s customers with excellence is required.
The E-commerce Sales Specialist will monitor and improve Rightline Gear Dealer website copy and photos. E-commerce sales principles will be important as well as pricing, promotion, and marketing concepts. Additionally, the right candidate will administer and enforce Rightline Gear’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to its dealers, distributors, and 3rd party sellers. The company has effective procedures in place to enforce (MAP) policies all the way to begin legal action if necessary.
