Oh, who the heck are we? Explorer Chick is an adventure travel company offering small group tours for women-only groups. We've been around for 5 years and have experience exponential growth through our dedication, passion, and caring for our Clients (Simply put, we LOVE our clients and give a damn). We are offer uncommon travel experiences, challenging itineraries, a supportive community, and SHE-nanigans. (For some damn reason, our gals can never seem to keep their tops on in the outdoors? ?????)
I am not looking for someone to rebrand us. We got that down. I need someone who can take over and continue to implement our strategy. Eventually, expanding upon it and really have fun with the account. There is a ton of potential, but as the CEO who currently wears too many hats, I am limited in all the FUN that can be had.
I am looking to hire someone who is an extension of our team and paid a monthly rate.
Love for the outdoors and real adventure is a must! (Hiking, Climbing, Rafting, etc. Real Adventures! Not a late night trip to Whities).
Spot on voice laced with humor and inspiration is a must. We are all about SHE-nanigans and fun. We are REAL Women on REAL adventures and this must shine through.
I'm not looking to work with someone who posts fluffy bullshit. Our Women are too smart and it's quite frankly insulting to their intelligence.
Duties include 2 emails per week, new trip campaigns, social media strategy and execution (Facebook and Instagram), Blog, content audit, editorial calendar, strategy, leadership, etc.
Rate is negotiable.
