Your mission:
Your mission is to lead the moderation of online conversations related to Rocky Mountain and help grow our community. You’ll be the lead responder for all consumer inquiries and help support all marketing communications across our digital platforms. You’ll help maintain, engage, and monitor all social media platforms, staying up to date with engaging digital content.
In collaboration with your colleagues from the marketing and customer services teams, you’ll play a key role in the development of consumer facing resources through the data acquired by keeping track of your consumer interactions. By having a clear understanding of the industry and the needs of consumers, you’ll be able to anticipate and understand the needs and trends required to enable us to remain as industry leaders.
You’ll also assist the marketing team with content planning, event
organization, and general office tasks as needed. As a member of the marketing
team, there will be opportunities to represent the Rocky Mountain brand at
consumer-facing events in Canada.

=Proficient communication skills – written and oral;
