Opportunity and Role:

With the 2019 release of the Revved Carbon Technology Platform, demand has skyrocketed and the company is expanding not only its manufacturing capabilities but is also still pushing the limits on how to make mountain bikes even more awesome. Guerrilla Gravity is looking an Assembly Tech to handle most aspects of mountain bike frame and bike assembly, as well as packing and shipping. Candidates with bike mechanic experience, a passion for bikes, and exceptional attention to detail should apply.

Skill Sets and Responsibilities:

  • Proven mechanical aptitude
  • Fabrication, skilled labor, or mechanic experience
  • Bike mechanic experience
  • Bike industry experience
  • Ability to prioritize workload for efficient output
  • Treat expensive tools and machinery as if you paid for them
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Attention to detail in everything you do with an obsession with quality, organization, and efficiency
  • Comfortable operating in an intense, fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional results
  • Drive to create and continually improve systems
  • Familiarity with mountain bikes/biking
  • Lean manufacturing experience & understanding
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Located in Denver Metro Area (position is based out of the Shredquarters)
