Job Description & Requirements
White Pine Touring is looking for an experienced store manager to join our team to support our growing outdoor business.
Must have managerial experience with managing a staff of 12 or more people.
Solid experience with backcountry ski / specialty outdoor and mountain bike retail sales.
Able to work with multiple departments.
Excellent communication skills
Team player that will adhere to corporate policies but will bring creative ideas, motivation and comraderie to an existing staff
Full time/ year round / salary with health /PTO, 401k and outdoor benefits.
Salary is based on experiece
