Bivy is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director.
Responsibilities Include:
Marketing-
Design, direct, and implement the overall marketing strategy for Bivy
Create and monitor pay-per-click ad campaigns
Make data-driven decisions about campaign effectiveness
Direct proper SEO practices and manage improvement
Design and implement content marketing campaigns
Implement consistent social marketing campaigns
Engage influencers in the outdoor community
Direct email campaigns
Manage e-commerce site, user experience and conversion strategy.
Create innovative methods of building customer loyalty
Select and attend events and within certain markets to grow brand awareness and customer engagement
Sales-
Create and implement strategy for retail go to market. Both outdoor and utility retailers
Find and close enterprise sales opportunities. Experience is SaaS and hardware sales a plus
Negotiate terms and sales contracts with retail stores
Manage sales and marketing contractors and relationships
Search and establish relationships with customers and partners
Monthly reporting and analysis
Qualifications
3+ years experience in digital marketing
3+ years experience with SEO, Pay-Per-Click, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing
3+ years of Outdoor industry sales experience
Must be a lover of the outdoors
Must regularly engage in activities like hiking, biking, climbing, running, paddling, skiing
Must be self motivated
Must be proficient on computers using various software tools
Must be able to analyze data to effect intelligent marketing decisions
Must be a self starter and be able to stay on task with little supervision
