myStromer USA, located in Vista, CA, is looking for a Customer Service and Technical Support Manager to handle the US and Canada markets. This individual will be the main service point of contact for our retailers and end user customers. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with good organizational skills is key. Bicycle industry experience preferred as well as a technical background in ebikes. Familiarity with ERP systems required. Competitive compensation package, health insurance, 401K.
