Job Description & Requirements
The Advertising and Content Manager at Summit Sales is responsible for all aspects of brand advertising and presentation on the Amazon platform. Their primary objective is to drive awareness, sales, and promote a marquee customer experience that is aligned with our vendor partners’ vision and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing as well as direct experience managing Amazon search and DSP campaigns. They will have the ability to engage with retail advertising executives, brand marketing professionals, and senior vendor sales leaders. A passion for the outdoors and involvement in our core sports of hiking, backpacking, skiing, and climbing are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon Search and Display campaign strategies
- Engineer product detail pages and optimize for SEO
- Create enhanced product content and brand stores
- Analyze and report on all campaign outcomes
- Communicate directly with retail and vendor executives
- Manage a quarterly budget
- Attend national trade shows and seasonal sales meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
- Fluency with Amazon Advertising Console and Vendor Central
- 2+ years direct experience with Amazon Advertising
- Proven experience in content development and distribution and associated computer skills
- Excellent communicator
- Experience managing direct reports
- Demonstrated leadership ability
