Wrenches, techs, mechanics, want to do what you're good at? We're looking for one or two top-notch pros who have been working in shops for 3+ years and would love to live, work and ride in Boulder, CO. 

Boulder Bicycle Works is a service shop where we pride ourselves in sticking to what we're good at - working on bikes. We are all senior mechanics who care about our customers and making their bikes ride as well as we can. Knowing everything is not required. Nobody knows everything. 

Your level of competency is important but more-so is your ability to learn, have fun, stay relaxed but focused when we're busy, ask questions and keep learning. Honesty, hard work and getting along with others is expected from all of us. Boulder Bicycle Works is currently run by two life-long mechanics who also have decades of racing and riding under our belts. 

We are joined by one or two part-time pro mechanics throughout the spring and summer months.

We offer $16-22/Hr. with an allowance for health care costs and 2 weeks pto after your first season with us.
