Job Description & Requirements

Locally works with hundreds of major brands and thousands of retailers across North America, Europe and Asia to guide online shoppers to nearby, in-stock inventory for store pickup or local delivery. 


Locally is seeking a talented Services Manager to provide full-time assistance to users of certain managed services and partner integrations. As a Platform Services Manager, you’ll combine technical skills with customer service and project management to create top-tier experiences for our partners.


Job Responsibilities: 


  • Specializing in Locally tools and integrations to provide ongoing support and assistance to platform users

  • Management of Locally’s Store Pages product; a fully-hosted subdomain solution providing rich, SEO-friendly Pages for individual locations. Includes on-boarding, design, and ongoing maintenance and client support. 

  • Management of API-based transaction integrations, such as Ship to Store and our “Pushcart” transaction tool. Includes on-boarding and client support. 

  • Management of Locally’s feed-based partner integrations, such as our connections to Google, Shopify, and additional platforms. Includes on-boarding and ongoing user and partner support.  

  • General technical troubleshooting and support in coordination with team 


Who were looking for: 


  • A few years in a customer-focused role, ideally technical

  • You have a strong foundation in HTML and CSS, have basic javascript knowledge, and are comfortable with REST APIs

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can communicate with technical and non-technical people with equal ease 

  • You are a skilled troubleshooter

  • You have project management skills and familiarity with on-boarding, project implementation, and providing customer support
