Are you interested in turning your passion for offroad , RVs, the outdoors, overlanding, or adventure travel into a full-time career? Our rapidly growing company is searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for many customers in store and through the screening of phone and email leads.
Prior experience in sales is not required but candidates MUST have an enthusiasm and knowledge of the off-road industry.
Responsibilities
- Act as initial point of contact to screen phone-based leads and route them to the appropriate sales department.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post sales support.
- Respond to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat.
- Update customer records in the company database
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Enthusiasm and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies including CRM, POS, and web based systems
- Comfort with a fast paced environment and multitasking a must
