What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive growth of our Endurance Fuel and Recovery product lines and to bring the brands to life for our customers and prospects! The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and creative, leveraging data and consumer insights to define and drive strategy across all marketing channels. You will be responsible for brand growth through new customer acquisition, driving increased engagement from current customers and reinforcing brand love. You’re a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience managing an internal team as well as outside vendors. You need to be an analytical, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented thinker who is always looking for innovative ways to scale the brand in an exciting and competitive industry.
This position will report into and work closely with the Director of Marketing to identify overall brand strategy and growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
Define ROI and growth targets, optimize customer acquisition costs, allocate budget and pace campaign spends
Deeply understand the consumer, their needs, the stories that inspire them, and bring these stories to life through content creation and brand storytelling
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to build successful cross channel growth strategy
Develop, implement and own content strategy that drives growth and elevates brand awareness
Ensure the content strategy is aligned across email, social, site and digital marketing channels
Manage affiliate strategy, growth, relationships and overall performance
Optimize media spend across customer acquisition & reengagement channels with focus on efficient growth, meeting ROI/CPA goals and net revenue contribution
Build a customer audience lifecycle marketing plan (new customer acquisition, retention and reactivation) for digital marketing investments across all channels
Acquire new customers and consistently grow the user base and revenue in line with established goals by identifying new channel opportunities for reaching target audiences
Create compelling marketing programs to expand reach and drive co-op marketing efforts
Collaborate with design team to ensure all assets produced are in line with brand guidelines and voice
Work closely with Director of Marketing to strategize, ideate and execute on big picture initiatives
What You’ll Bring
A passion for brand building and storytelling
4+ years of brand marketing experience in-house or agency
Experience managing an internal team as well as outside vendor relationships
Multi-channel marketing experience with understanding of acquisition, engagement, retention, and analytics
Knowledge of paid media platforms such as Facebook ad manager and Google ads platform
Strong background in analytics and reporting and well versed in Google Analytics
Budget management skills and proficiency
Self motivated and eager to learn in a fast paced environment
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with growth marketing
Experience within the outdoor industry is a plus
