Position Title: Content Marketing Manager
Location: Hailey (Sun Valley) Idaho
The Content Marketing Manager will report to the Ecommerce Manager and work
Strategically plan, gather, and manage the content for blogs. This individual will work closely with contributors to deliver blogs in a timely manner and meet calendar expectations. Work with 3rd party agencies to create and drive brand awareness by promoting blogs through respective channels (media, email, facebook, Instagram).
Strategically develop and manage a team of ambassadors that not only promote the brand through their respective channels but provide authentic assets that highlight Club Ride’s story and can be used through our own channels.
Sales Planning and Calendaring
Work with Ecommerce Manager, CFO and CEO to plan promotional periods based on channel sales goals. Work with the Ecommerce Manager to monitor and evaluate website sales and adjust calendar accordingly. Develop strategic and tactical initiatives to meet B2C goals in both short and long term initiatives. Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
Report to and work with the Ecommerce Manager to develop and understand the marketing calendar and financial strategy. The individual should examine the channel sales performance and the key drivers behind sales in relation to users path to conversion and growth of the Club Ride community across email and social.
Email & SMS Marketing
Work with the Ecommerce Manager on email and SMS newsletter campaigns. Develop a calendar and strategy to drive sales based on sales goals and newsletter growth. Manage 3rd party agencies to create and deploy email & SMS newsletters. Grow the email & SMS list through creative initiatives including but not limited to giveaways and customer acquisition.
Manage all social media platforms, coordinating with the Ecommerce Manager on campaigns and calendars. Responsible for posting & sharing curated content created both internally and by ambassadors. Engage & grow social media following through organic posts, giveaways, advertising, and other options.
Manage 3rd party PR agency and to represent Club Ride in various media outlets. Maintain and grow existing media contact list with consistent contact and outreach around new product releases, activations, trade show & Event calendar, media buyers guides/ gift guides etc. Oversee media ad purchase strategy and execution.
Act as project manager on the development of each season’s catalog and the associated photo shoots. Outline each photoshoot and catalogs creative direction while aligning with brand standards. Manage 3rd party photographer/videographer to execute the desired content and insure content can be used across multiple channels.
Oversee all events and manage the Club Ride event calendar for the home office. Develop a content strategy for events including content, email generation, brand presence. Manage event assets including but not limited to physical (vehicle, tents, etc), applications (email gathering), and content creation at events. Schedule events into the marketing calendar to coincide with collection launches, product elevation etc.
