Job Title: Rab Brand Store Sales Associate
Department: Rab Denver Brand Store
Job Location: Denver, CO
Reports to: Store Manager
Status: Part-Time | 2-3 days/week fixed schedule
Summary: Rab USA is looking for an adventurous, personable individual with superior customer service skills and attention to detail to join our team. The Retail Associate will be part of a team that interacts daily with customers at the Rab brand store in Denver, Colorado. The idea candidate has retail experience, is able to take initiative independent of direct supervision, is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys talking with others about clothing, gear, trips, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, and product knowledge
- Facilitating transactions including sales, exchanges, returns
- Inventory management projects and seasonal changeovers
- Regular store maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Other information:
Candidate will need a valid driver’s license, have a working knowledge of computers, with excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Candidate must have a strong work ethic with attention to details. Able to operate effectively and professionally under pressure, move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and be courteous, friendly and willing to interact with customers on an individual basis.
