Job
The ideal
candidate is great at developing relationships with both new and existing
customers and can identify opportunities that help their products excel in the
market and drive sales of our OEM products. He or she is a hunter with an
entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to create and execute sales plans that
meet and exceed established goals.
Responsibilities
- =
Create
and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- =
Make
regular visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth.
- =
Managing
all reporting related to sales and financial health of our OEM customers and
communicate this to the National Sales Manager.
- =
Provide
input for new products and present a launch strategy for them to the management
team.
- =
Proactively
prospect for new business.
Qualifications
- =
Bachelor’s
degree preferred.
- =
3+
years of account manager experience in the fishing tackle industry
- =
Willingness
and ability to travel.
- =
Excellent
interpersonal, communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
- =
International
experience is a plus.
