Job Description & Requirements

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager
• Knowledge of bicycles and related products is helpful but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Daily processing of shipments, including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and truck shipments
• Billing and processing of shipments
• Review orders to determine if they were picked correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve procedures

• Daily tasks include:
• Invoice orders after they are shipped and process all billing and payments in Infor and in Shopify.
• Organize paperwork for incoming shipments and order.

• Coordinating and prioritizing.
• Orders must be organized by priority - order they came in, where they are shipping to, order importance etc.
• Notes and special instructions must be highlighted and gone over with the warehouse staff.
• Correspondence with sales people who are printing the orders will be done on our inter office chat board, called SLACK.
• Balancing the freight and package count.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $19.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Our office staff is working from home part time, with in office hours organized by pods.
