The Job
We’re looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our team for the 21-22 Winter season! Our customer care team is a vital component of the evo customer experience. We are an energetic bunch, with engaging personalities and a wealth of gear knowledgeable. As a Care Rep, you’ll work with customers via multiple contact channels to support a variety of customer needs.

What you will do
- Provide unique customer experiences via phone, email, live chat and SMS
- Offer product advice and recommendations based on customers specific needs
- Provide post purchase support; returns, shipping issues, etc
- Embody evo Style while communicating effectively through all contact channels
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a strong ability to multi-task
- Maintain a positive outlook and good sense of humor in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations

What you will need
- Must have availability to work evening and weekend shifts, and some holidays
- Passion for evo and the gear we sell
- Enjoy talking to people on the phone
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- High-speed internet connection
- Basic sales skills, nice to have
- Outdoor Industry experience, nice to have
- Fluency in a foreign language, nice to have
Other Details
- Wage: $16.50/hour
- Paid Training: M-F from 9am-5:30pm PST for 3 weeks
- Remote position available to individuals in WA, OR, UT, CO
