The Job

We’re looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our team for the 21-22 Winter season! Our customer care team is a vital component of the evo customer experience. We are an energetic bunch, with engaging personalities and a wealth of gear knowledgeable. As a Care Rep, you’ll work with customers via multiple contact channels to support a variety of customer needs.

What you will do

  • Provide unique customer experiences via phone, email, live chat and SMS  
  • Offer product advice and recommendations based on customers specific needs  
  • Provide post purchase support; returns, shipping issues, etc 
  • Embody evo Style while communicating effectively through all contact channels 
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and a strong ability to multi-task 
  • Maintain a positive outlook and good sense of humor in a fast-paced environment 
  • Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations

What you will need

  • Must have availability to work evening and weekend shifts, and some holidays 
  • Passion for evo and the gear we sell 
  • Enjoy talking to people on the phone 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  
  • Creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel 
  • High-speed internet connection 
  • Basic sales skills, nice to have 
  • Outdoor Industry experience, nice to have 
  • Fluency in a foreign language, nice to have 

Other Details 

  • Wage: $16.50/hour 
  • Paid Training: M-F from 9am-5:30pm PST for 3 weeks 
  • Remote position available to individuals in WA, OR, UT, CO
