We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to join our team here at Asheville Bicycle Company!

Asheville Bicycle Company operates with Ski Country Sports as two stores one building. This position will fall primarily to the management side of Asheville Bicycle Company but will flow between the two. Experience in both bike and snowsports is prefereed.  

 

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

=         The Sales Manager is a critical leader in the store developing and motivating sales teams to directly impact Asheville Bicycle Company organizational goals.

=         Supervise team of retail sales workers

=         Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

=         Train and evaluate employees

=         Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

=         Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

=         Applicants should possess full day to day bike shop, service, and rental operational knowledge.

=         Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

=         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

=         Excellent written and communication skills

=         Strong leadership qualities
