POSITION: Customer Service Assistant

Working closely with US Operations Manager and US Commercial Manager to support and grow US business for European premium sport apparel brand – Odlo International AG, headquartered in Hunenberg, Switzerland.

Part Time: 20/hrs. wk.; on-site – Seattle (Ballard), WA.              IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT

Operations support:

1)       Account set up and management

a.       New Customer documentation and registration

2)       Order entry and systems integration:

a.       EDI compliance orders

b.       Manual order entries

3)       Order Management

a.       Customer - product data dissemination – preorder management

b.       Order placements with ODLO systems

c.        Order placements with 3pl (US warehouse/fulfillment)

d.       Order fulfillment confirmations

e.       Order invoicing through EDI and manual processing

4)       Stock/Inventory management

a.       Inbound shipment coordination and documentation

b.       Stock receipt (US warehouse) confirmations and reconciliation with ODLO systems

c.        Inventory management of US warehouse stocks

ODLO Brand Support:

5)       Customer image/marketing materials request fulfillment

a.       Product image and copy uploads – per customer format(s)

b.       Print coordination with outside vendors

d.       Product Influencers support

KEY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

1)       Expert Excel and Microsoft Outlook experience

2)       Retail Vendor experience

3)       Vendor/outside supplier coordination experience             

4)       Social Media functionality and infrastructure knowledge
