Outdoor Sports Center is looking for a Bike Department Service Manager for our store in Wilton, CT.

Responsibilities:
-Service Writer
-Create a daily plan and execute the plan
-Analyzing sales data and inventory levels
-Provide positive and corrective feedback for sales staff
-Selling product at peak times
-Oversee Bike shop technicians
-Allocation of work for bike shop technicians
-Communication between bike technicians and customers
Qualifications:
-Self-motivated and driven to improve
-People oriented
-Team player
-Patient and able to empathize with staff or customer related issues
-Minimum 1-3 years of bike related industry experience
