RETAIL AND EXHIBIT COORDINATOR

Scott Sports is seeking a qualified individual for the full time position of EVENT AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR. This is a cross-divisional, shared services position. This position reports to the Vice President and is located in Holladay, Utah.
SCOTT Sports was established in 1958 and has grown into an international action sport brand. Core sports divisions for the brand include: Bike, Ski, Motosport, and Running. The North American headquarters is located in Utah, with a global headquarters in Fribourg, Switzerland.
Primary Responsibilities
Works across bike, winter, run, and moto.
Manages all technical, show and marketing equipment for winter and bike.
Maintain inventory and active tracking of all show, demo, and Media bikes.
Maintain inventory and track all show, demo and Media skis and winter equipment.
Maintain organization of all stored event gear, samples, and other marketing properties on site in SLC office and warehouse in Ogden.
Lead event planning and logistics in conjunction with division marketing manager
In conjunction with marketing manager work to supply yearly allocation of equipment to athletes and handle equipment requests throughout the year.
Enter athlete and marketing orders.
Handle industry discount deals across all divisions
Manage maintenance of company vehicles.
