Allspeed is looking to add another full time customer service/retail sales associate to our ever growing team. If you are a motivated, hard working, ski and bike enthusiast who enjoys spending days off exploring back country glades or single track bike trails, and are looking for a new career opportunity working in the local outdoor industry with like minded people, consider joining our crew. The ski and bike industry is always evolving and we are seeking someone who is eager to step into a busy small business customer service retail role, learn the ins and outs of the trade and grow with us, not only with ski and bike knowledge, but through experience on and off the trail. Customer service and previous retail experience, especially in ski and bike, is highly preferred. This is a full time schedule, weekends are required. This is a full time position, start time is ASAP, weekends are required.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge within bike and ski related gear (especially backcountry ski and mountain bike gear).
Experience working in an outdoor retailer
Must have experiencing Skiing and/or Cycling
Boot Fitting Experience/Knowledge preferred (willing to train)
Strong Customer Service Skills
