Far Bank Enterprise is seeking a problem-solving, quick-thinking individual with a warm, pleasant demeanor to join our unique Customer Service Team within our Sales department.
As a representative of the Sage, RIO and Redington brands, you will be the friendly guide on phone, chat or email who is ready to alternately answer questions and solve problems on the way to providing our customers world-class service.
The ideal candidate thrives on attending to a customer's questions and providing an experience that makes them glad to be associated with our products. Every day will see you working with a variety of clients ranging from large national accounts to specialty retailers to individuals.
POSITION SUMMARY: Customer Service Representative
We strive to be
known for our outstanding deliverance of products and customer service. Be a
part of the Far Bank customer service experience for the Sage, Redington and
RIO Products customer. Whether by phone, chat, or email, you will provide
outstanding, courteous, and professional customer support and follow through to
enhance the customer's experience. Support your team by also cross training in
other areas, bolstering both your own skills and knowledge as well as the
performance of the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience required.
- Clearly demonstrated strong experience in direct customer interaction via phone, email and/or chat
- Experience in ERP or Order Management software required. A bonus if it is with Microsoft D365!
- Ability to apply sound reasoning and make good decisions independently is essential.
- Fluency with Outlook and MS Excel a bonus as well.
- Able to multi-task and reprioritize as needed.
- Bi-lingual skills a plus!
