Are you a finance professional who wants to work in the outdoor sports industry? We are a leader in high performance e-bike's looking for a full time accounting and finance professional to be based in Vista, CA. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will also work closely with the finance team in Switzerland

Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable and accounts payable, credit review, opex control, payroll/commission management, inventory control, purchasing, invoicing, month end and year end close. Familiarity with ERP systems mandatory, Infor M3 a plus. This position offers a competitive compensation package including 401K with match and health insurance.

Employment Type:

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of payroll
• Ability to communicate with Swiss colleagues and other stakeholders
• Familiarity with import duties and taxes
• Familiarity with multi-state sales tax
• Cycling industry experience preferred but not required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, Infor M3 a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
