Job Description & Requirements
Passionate about helping people learn and grow, the Field Guide (Guide) position is primarily responsible for delivering the Open Sky program and supervising program participants in an outdoor treatment setting. Guides nurture stability and safety by employing a risk management mindset to all aspects of the job, thereby creating a powerful space for students to learn and grow. Guides teach a wide range of skills to students and embody and role model these skills to clients and team members. Guides work effectively with other positions and across all departments to serve and support the student treatment plan. Key qualities include resilience, patience, flexibility, and the ability to develop and maintain healthy working relationships with both clients and co-workers.
