Job Description & Requirements
Job Summary:
Amplifier Sales Group is looking for a motivated, professional, and kind individual to be the link between agency accounts and our brands. The position could be structured as part time with a minimum of 25-30 hours or as a full time roll.
Responsibilities:
· Main point of contact for incoming orders and order inquiries with effective phone and email communication.
· Work with agency sales team to promote relationships between our brands and account base.
· Order entry, order tracking, and logistics support.
· Creating sales reports and providing analysis.
Qualifications / Skills:
· Excellent Excel skills and ability to create reporting and be analytical.
· Must have experience and/or necessary skills to quickly build rapport and manage long-term relationships.
· Previous customer service and/or account management experience preferred.
· Self-motivation with a positive attitude and creative problem solving skills
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
· Desire to research, and the ability to see projects through from beginning to end.
· Experience working with brands or in wholesale preferred.
Working Location:
· Position is remote, but must live in Washington state, and preferably on the western side.
