About this Role: as our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with the iKamper Community and followers at large through a host of platforms. You will manage social media accounts, plan posts, grow existing & new accounts, and create report metrics. Ultimately, your goal is to increase brand awareness and engagement, and drive conversion and retention.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers 1-on-1, and grow audiences on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and more

  • Manage social media strategy and platforms

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams

  • Interact with brand ambassadors and influencers, and work with them on creating content

  • Monitor & analyze campaigns and social media progress; create reports to evaluate and optimize the success of each campaign and overall strategy

  • Create and grow new accounts on Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, and more

  • Monitor social media trends, analyze, and implement the best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)

  • 5+ years of social media marketing experience with accounts of equal size or larger than iKamper’s

  • Preference will be given to candidates with significant YouTube experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates with marketing experience with a DTC brand

  • Preference will be given to candidates with video editing experience

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written

  • Confident communicator who enjoys social media interactions

  • Comfortable with looking at numbers for evaluation and decision making

  • Flexible work schedule: willingness to post/comment/respond outside of traditional 9-5 jobs

  • Familiarity with all major social media platforms
