What You’ll Do
The Sales Coordinator reports into the VP of Sales and works with the Sales team to provide support and tactical hands-on work to prepare for seasonal product launches, trade shows, sales meetings, etc. Having an eye to detail and juggling different priorities will be key components of success.
Key account follow up to include product asset uploads, sample requests and meeting preparation and support
Providing Sales Rep and International Licensees support with information, samples, marketing materials as needed
Assist the management and tracking of Sales reporting and master line lists during regular sales cycles/seasons and distributing to stakeholders including Sales Reps
Coordinate seasonal sample needs for both internal staff and reps by determining quantities needed, delivery schedules, internal inventory management
Track the approval process and manage allocation for Fixture/POP requests
Manage the organization and presentation of the Steamboat Springs showroom
Coordination of Sales Meeting logistical planning, presentations, and product/sample availability
Coordination of Tradeshows to include appointment scheduling, organizing sales collateral needs, booking hotels, outside meetings, and reservations
Key account, etail and rep support – coordinate custom requests with Creative Services
Work with Marketing to update seasonal assets on Dealer Support Site
Coordinate seasonal sample needs (PR/Photoshoots/Trade Show booth)
Determine quantities needed, delivery schedules, internal inventory management
Seasonal and website product and promotions support –
Assist with GTM information and timeline coordination
Proof/review product information for accuracy – website/packaging/digi catalog/press releases
Assist with seasonal product uploads
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
3-5 years' experience in sales support or other related support role
Experience working in a consumer goods environment
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint or other presentation software
Experience managing/prioritizing multiple projects
Experience with administering online pricing policies is a plus
Familiarity with Elastic a plus

What We Offer
We offer competitive pay $58,000 - $70,000 DOE, medical, dental, vision and a retirement plan. In addition, we have an open PTO policy, flexible work arrangements, and an employee purchase program.
This position will be based in our Steamboat Springs office.
