Adventure Entertainment is a multimedia company focusing on distribution of adventure themed content across digital platforms, cinema and print magazines. We are currently looking to build our team in the USA with a Film Tour Manager to run the film film tours and events in the USA and Canada.

Job Tasks:

EVENT AND HOST MANAGEMENT

Delivery high quality major events in North America and Canada. 

Support third party hosted events to ensure successful outcome in North America and Canada.

Produce the film file build for tour and ensure all files are delivered to venues in advance.

Produce runsheets and event collateral. 

Provide to all appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. 

Conduct briefing sessions with hosts and venues in advance. 

Liaise with sponsors to integrate and activate throughout the campaign and during the event. 

MARKETING

Manage and execute marketing campaign.

Oversee Local Area Marketing in towns where we have AE produced and hosted shows to engage the local communities.

Sponsor engagement and partnership marketing.

Press releases and media outreach. 

Manage and nurture relevant communities in North America and Canada. 


We are looking for people that have:

Real self starter who has no problem motivating themselves from the home office. 

High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time. 

Ability to create and follow multistep processes with different processes managed by different team members.

No problem with picking up the phone and explaining the story of the company and of the brand!
