Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking experienced candidates to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude with the skills and experience to perform a wide variety of tasks. Considered candidates must have strong customer service, communication and selling skills, along with the ability to work efficiently with multiple customers in a fun and fast-paced environment. Ski and snowboard retail experience preferred, but not required. Relevant training will be provided. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Pay rate is above industry standard. DOE; August 1 through end of season.

Job Description/Requirement (but not limited to)
- Ski & Snowboard Sales...primary duties consist of assisting guests with questions, selection and purchase of ski and snowboard gear while providing exceptional service.
- Rental & Service Technician...primary duties include tuning and mounting ski and snowboard equipment. Overseeing repair and maintenance of rental equipment.
- Retail Associate...primary duty is to generate sales by demonstrating an understanding and knowledge of merchandise, specifically outerwear, apparel and accessories.
