Bindlestiff Tours is a small group adventure tour company based in Las Vegas specializing in single, multi-day and private custom tours of the National Parks in the Southwest USA, California, Alaska and Western Canada. We have recently expanded to the east coast on select tours as well - making us a coast-to-coast tour company!
We provide a mix of lodging, glamping, camping, self-drive and active tours. Our east coast tours for select brands include, but are not limited to the Deep South, East Coast and Midwest as well as special interest tours such as wildlife, food/spirits, photography, biking etc.
With over 25 years of combined experience in the industry, we pride ourselves in having a variety of highly professional guides, top-notch equipment and exciting and off the beaten path itineraries.

Tour Guides - lower 48:
This is a demanding, exciting, challenging and rewarding position which requires people who have a passion for the outdoors both on and off the road.
We are looking for that "X" factor in guides - who are not afraid to work hard, share their knowledge and have a consistent stream of learning in various locations of the USA and Canada. We are accepting applications with no previous guide experience - rather a deep interest in the outdoors, customer service and starting a position with adventure on the road, AND also looking for professional guides who have been in the industry with prior experience. We work with many different types of guests/brands and are looking to expand our guide pool to fit the needs of our tours.
ALASKA Tour Guides:
We are hiring a select few, with knowledge of the final frontier to lead road-based tours in South Central Alaska. If you have multiple years of experience in the Denali, Talkeetna, Kenai, Homer, Wrangell, Valdez regions, please list your experience with our application process.

We provide company housing in-btw tours and a 401K plan for 2023!
Guide daily pay range is $145 - $225, not inclusive of tips and commissions earned on tours. Daily wage is determined by Management - based on experience and specialty in the field.
End of season bonus structure in place - for Guides that demonstrate outstanding service!
