DEALER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

SCOTT Sports is seeking a dedicated individual for the full-time position of Dealer/Customer Support Representative to be in our Holladay office. SCOTT Sports was established in 1958 and has grown into an international action-sport brand. Join our team and work with our core sports divisions including Bike, Wintersport, Motosport and Running. Internationally based in Fribourg, Switzerland, the North American headquarters is located in Holladay,UT, part of Salt Lake City’s Metro Area. This position will report directly to the Dealer Services Manager. Our team thrives on in person collaboration, please no remote applicants.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Communicate effectively with end consumers, dealers, sales reps and other Scott staff.
- Manage orders ensuring correct product, pricing, billing terms, and freight logistics
- Return inbound calls, emails, and tickets with in 24 hours
- Coordinate dealer/customer needs with all appropriate parties
- Make outbound sales calls to support outside sales reps during key seasons
- Create and distribute sales reports such as preseason summaries and backorder reports
- Maintain accurate and up to date dealer accounts
- Manage dealer locator to ensure dealers are properly displayed
- Assist in onboarding new accounts with access to Scott resources
- Coordinate returns and credits
- Provide feedback and summaries of your territory to management
- Provide support to others in the office when your workload is light
- Opportunities to travel may arise but are not required
Education and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- SAP or other Order Management Software experience desired
- Interest in the Bicycle and ski industry with the ability and desire to learn more
- Industry work experience or college degree preferred
- Multi-tasking capability
- Detail oriented
