Field Service Representative – Mid-Atlantic Territory

Hudson Valley Sales Group (HVSG)

Hudson Valley Sales Group is an independent rep agency partnering with leading manufacturers in the apparel, footwear, and equipment industries. We are seeking a motivated, full-time Field Service Representative to cover the Mid-Atlantic Territory (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD).

As the Field Service Rep, you will serve as the ambassador for HVSG’s brands; building enthusiasm, strengthening retail relationships, and ensuring our brands are represented with energy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead in-store product clinics for retail staff.
  • Plan, organize, and attend events, training seminars, and activations across the territory throughout the year.
  • Distribute and install point-of-sale (POS) materials in retail locations.
  • Submit weekly service reports and conduct seasonal brand analyses.
  • Support the sales team during tradeshows, meetings, and key brand initiatives.
  • Respond to reps, retailers and vendors requests in a timely manner

  • Confident presenter, comfortable with small and large group settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb technical product knowledge and translate it into clear, engaging messaging for retail staff and consumers.
  • Adaptable, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and effective while working independently on the road.

Additional Requirements

  • Must reside within the Mid-Atlantic Territory (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD).
  • Reliable mode of transportation
  • Ability to work within headlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in the outdoors, ski, bike, run or action sports industries strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with extensive driving and travel year-round.
  • Willingness and ability to be away for multiple days during the week.
