Field Service Representative – Mid-Atlantic Territory
Hudson Valley Sales Group (HVSG)
Hudson Valley Sales Group is an independent rep agency partnering with leading manufacturers in the apparel, footwear, and equipment industries. We are seeking a motivated, full-time Field Service Representative to cover the Mid-Atlantic Territory (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD).
As the Field Service Rep, you will serve as the ambassador for HVSG’s brands; building enthusiasm, strengthening retail relationships, and ensuring our brands are represented with energy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead in-store product clinics for retail staff.
- Plan, organize, and attend events, training seminars, and activations across the territory throughout the year.
- Distribute and install point-of-sale (POS) materials in retail locations.
- Submit weekly service reports and conduct seasonal brand analyses.
- Support the sales team during tradeshows, meetings, and key brand initiatives.
- Respond to reps, retailers and vendors requests in a timely manner

- Confident presenter, comfortable with small and large group settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to absorb technical product knowledge and translate it into clear, engaging messaging for retail staff and consumers.
- Adaptable, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and effective while working independently on the road.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within the Mid-Atlantic Territory (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD).
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to work within headlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in the outdoors, ski, bike, run or action sports industries strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with extensive driving and travel year-round.
- Willingness and ability to be away for multiple days during the week.
