JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

This Sales Associate position covers Key Accounts and Independent Retailers in and around Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii.

LOCATION

Representative to live in or around the sales territory.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call on and sell to Key Accounts and Independent Retailers throughout Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii
• Organize and conduct sales trainings.
• Work Trade and Consumer Shows.
• Attend Vendor Sales Meetings.
• Overnight Travel
  
  

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2 years Outside Sales experience required.
• Industry Experience preferred.
• Passion for the Outdoors
  
  

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Able to identify and execute opportunities.
• Microsoft Office proficient
   

COMPENSATION
