R.D.O. Marketing Inc. is a leader in sales representation in the fishing industry for the last 19 years and is looking for a sales account associate.  Founded in 1992 we have grown to cover 22 states.  We service our customers from Maine to Florida and almost everything east of the Mississippi.  We call on all aspects of the market from chains to sporting goods stores to distributors.  We sell some of the best fishing tackle lines in the industry, which makes our job a lot easier.

 

Job Description:

 

As a Sales Account Associate you would be responsible for growing existing customers and finding new customers for our manufacturers in the following territory: Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi and Alabama. After training at our home office you would then be able to work with our existing customers in this area and also grow your territory as well.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly meeting with your customers to go over products
• Reviewing your customers current product mix to find growth opportunities
• Promoting our manufacturers to your customers and to the public
• Promoting products through consumer shows
• Supporting distributors at their dealer shows

Requirements

• Prior experience/familiarity with the Fishing & Outdoor market/retail experience
• B.A. or B.S. degree
• High degree of self-motivation and organizational skills
• Must be willing to travel
