20 year old Grand Junction bicycle shop looking for Service Manager to run the service department in a locally owned shop.
New builds, repair estimates, service inventory control, employee scheduling, motivation, service organization, teaching maintenance classes, service department growth, service personnel growth.
Mountain bike, Road bike, Tandems, Commuters, Utility, Special needs, Other.....
Salary position TBD upon experience.
Living in the cycling mecca- Grand Junction, Fruita, Moab, Rocky Mountains.
