Job Summary

This is a sales position at MUSA Helmet LLC. with responsibilities that include, working with local distributors as well as promotions and special events. The position requires a self-motivated, organized, energetic, creative, ambitious person who can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced and fun environment. The Sales Representative needs to adapt well with others, possess good communication and presentation skills; be able to overcome obstacles, execute on projects thoroughly and be an ambassador of our brand.

Responsibilities and Dutie

  • Represent our brand to retailers.
  • Help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Facilitate client requirements meetings - both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications.
  • Report weekly sales forecasts.
  • Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Stay current with client needs, completion, and industry trends.
  • Regularly attend selected events.
  • Utilizing the company provided sales book and brochures. 
  • Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations.
  • Attaining proper distribution of our brands by model and function.
  • Be out visiting dealers.
  • Work with key distributor salespeople and managers in the assigned territory to help motivate them to improve the promotion of Safe-Tec.
  • Conduct brand training for dealers.
  • From time to time you will be expected to participate in a company organized special event or promotion. This may include time during a weekend or holiday and travel away from your home territory. Your usual responsibility may include trade shows and other special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills 

  • -5 years’ sales experience. 
  • Proven success in sales call strategies. 
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Detail oriented and organized; excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A good computer skills with experience in Pages, Numbers, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and outlook.
  • Bachelors Degree and an experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development .
  • Must have wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution .
  • Travel required.
