SUMMARY OF POSITION |
Oberalp NA is seeking (2) Independent Sales Reps in two separate territories for the premium climbing shoe and accessories brand EVOLV. Representation is wanted in the Southwest and Northwest United States.
The Territory Independent Representative is a multidisciplinary role responsible for delivering best in class sales and account services for the EVOLV brand at wholesale. This position demands a well-balanced professional focused on achieving meaningful and measurable growth, while nurturing long-lasting relationships.
Under direction of the Sales Management team, the Sales Representative is tasked with actualizing key sales initiatives during sell-in and sell-out campaigns. The position is responsible for managing and servicing all aspects of their account base including, but not limited to order entry, order processing, warranty requests, sales clinics, and sales presentations.
The Sales Representative will join a team of highly motivated and hardworking individuals that have a passion for the outdoor industry and being part of a forward-thinking family-owned brand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES |

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED |
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales or related field · Minimum 5 years of proven experience in field sales and brand support · Ability to establish strong, professional, working relationships · Demonstrated people management skills · Proven track record of regular reporting and the ability to articulate recommendations · Experience in data-driven decision making · Experience with travel and tradeshows, sales planning, inventory forecasting, and budget management · Proven project management experience · Established ability to work cross-functionally across multiple divisions · Strong creative, planning and conceptual skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication · Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust, resulting in effective working relationships across the company · Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help out wherever necessary · Ability and willingness to travel frequently – domestically and internationally · Passion for mountain sports and a specific interest in rock climbing and mountaineering is imperative
